I have the right to refuse to do any commission. Feel free to contact me and inquiry to see if I would do your commission. The following details what I will likely accept and not accept.

Terms of Service

You have purchased digital goods and will not have any physical item shipped to you. The final product you receive will be a digital drawing.
I retain copyright over the art piece and may add it to my portfolio.
Anything created is for your personal use only. Do not resell, use commercially, reproduce for profit, sell prints, etc.
Feel free to repost, edit the art, use as a social media banner, print for yourself, etc. but do not claim the art as your own or break the previous rule.
Do not mint my art into NFTs, sell on the blockchain, etc.

Typical Commission Procedure

Send an inquiry, with references ready. Visuals are preferred over words.
The price and details of the commission will be discussed.
Payment is taken in full up front. An invoice will be sent over PayPal once the price is finalized (DO NOT SEND MONEY YOURSELF). Payment will be in US Dollars. If you have not paid within a week of the invoice being sent, your commission slot will be removed.
Work on the piece will begin once payment has been made. A sketch will be sent to be approved. After that WIP pictures will be sent periodically.
You can request major revisions during the sketch phase. Once you accept the final sketch, further major revisions will result in a fee (price varies). However, you can still request small revisions (change in color, hand position, expression, etc). Too many small revisions many result in a fee.
Once the piece is finished, it will be sent to you as a high-res image file.
Commissions will be worked on in the order they are received. You are free to ask where you are in the queue. Tell me if you have a deadline for the piece. A rush fee will be charged if the time frame is small.
